There are many different ways you can help! Whether it's managing our socials, helping collect supplies, or just promoting us on your social media, any kind of support counts.
Below are a list of some ways you can volunteer!

HSLOT OR Harryween Givers
Join one of the many teams in charge of helping pass out materials at the concert!
If you're attending one of the many MSG show dates next year (especially if you have a seat ticket), this option is right for you! Each team will be assigned a section to pass out materials. You will be assigned based on your seating location and possibly have Team Captain(s) to help guide you.
If you are interested, contact us via social media or email and list what section and concert you are attending. We will add you to the appropriate group chat for that team!
Team Captains
Join the group of team captains helping guide and review their assigned section!
Working alongside HSLOT Givers, Team Captains are given a few more responsibilities. This position involves reviewing and confirming that their materials will be hand-out ready, create a general hand-out plan for their team, and guiding others about their routes/the plan (or any other questions or concerns that they may have).
If you are interested, contact us via social media or email and list what section and concert you are attending and that you will like to be a Team Captain.
Side Note: Not every team needs a captain, especially if the team would rather have no one lead (co-captains are possible as well), but they can represent the group and make communication with other teams and admins easier.
Material Collectors
Help collect materials needed for these projects!
Material collecting can be done at home and online! Depending on the project and what materials are needed, you can buy from stores in-person (please wear a mask), online, or donate to the team to allow others to buy them. Our team will dedicate ourselves to providing fans with proper materials at the concert, but we also encourage any help we can receive. Bringing your own materials from home (even just for yourself) can help tremendously.
If you are interesting in donating, contacting/know of any companies or sponsorships we can receive materials from, bring your own materials from home, or etc: Please don't hesitate to contact us about your contribution. We will thank you and work with you!
Social Managers
Join the social team and help run and moderate our platforms!
If you having difficulty volunteering in-person or prefer to help online, this position may be right for you! The social management team requires members who can be active throughout the day to help moderate and post on our social platforms. This could be posting new updates/blogs on our website, tweeting and interacting with followers, posting stories and promotion on our Instagram, and etc!

Project Promoters
Help promote these projects across different platforms!
Spreading the word about these projects is very important. This can help bring in more volunteers and let fans be prepared. Anyone can help promote, whether it be on social media or in-person (please take precautions, wear a mask and social distance). This can involve resharing our posts or creating your own about the project. If you want to get more involved, joining the team and helping create posts and flyers for promotion can be incredibly helpful! Flyers can be shared online or hung around the venue/city (wear a mask and social distance). Please feel free to share our posts and help promote us!
